As your school nurse I am here to help promote healtly lifestyles and take care of your child.

Immunizations Requirements have changed for 2009-2010 school year. Make sure to check your childs shot record and get any shots needed prior to the start of the school year.

School Health During the Year

During the school year your child may receive a vision screning, a hearing test, and be screened for ancanthosis nigricans where weight and height will be obtained and your child's BMI will be determined. We also do a fitness gram test. This fitness test entails that your child do situps, pushups, run distances,  etc. The data from these tests is reported to the state.
